Operation brake

Modernization of operation brakes includes replacement of old brake to the brake of new design with the KEP-electric magnet. As the result of the modernization:

• Smoother escalator operation during braking, increase of safety;
• Decrease of power consumption from 750 Wt to 50 Wt due to electrical magnet replacement;
• Improvement of braking and load characteristics;
• Increase of brake reliability;
• Decrease of vibration and noise during braking;
• Decrease of escalator parts and elements wear.

Works are done by Es-service “turn-key” and include all the supplies and installation (replacement) works.
