Electrical drive
Es-service implements modernization works of electrical drives of escalators ET and LT types. There are 2 alternatives possible for supply and installation:
Modernization of escalators electrical drives with replacement of control cabinets to control cabinets with frequency convertor and smooth start device
In the scope of modernization Es-service installs:
- Input cabinet;
- Control cabinets;
- Remote controls (upper, bottom).
According to the Customer request Es-service also provides works on motors replacement.
As the result of modernization:
- Safety increase due to smoothness of escalator start and braking;
- Significant power consumption reduction due to recuperation effect;
- The possibility to regulate escalator speed from operational to service speed from the main escalator engine (auxiliary service engine is not necessary);
- The usage of “crawling” speed in the mode of “standby”;
- Significant decrease of details and escalator parts wear.
The manufacturing of control cabinets according to Es-service design is located in Czech Republic, all control cabinets components are produced by European leading companies (ABB, Schneider Electric, etc…).
This kind of modernization is implemented by Es-service in metros of Moscow and Helsinki (in Helsinki together with KONE company).

In the scope of modernization Es-service installs:
- Input cabinet;
- Control cabinets;

As the result of the modernization with the replacement of old cabinets to the modern analogs, all control cabinets components are produced by European leading companies (ABB, Schneider Electric, etc…).
The manufacturing of control cabinets according to Es-service design is located in Czech Republic.
This kind of modernization is implemented by Es-service in metros of Moscow.
